Brainstorming Ideas, Finding Information: A Workshop on Research and Writing

In this workshop, the University Writing Center and Sterne Library will team up! We will provide students strategies for brainstorming ideas for writing and for finding information to support and further their ideas. While itbs easy to see writing and research as two separate processes, they typically work in connection: we develop ideas, we find sources, we think of new ideas, and we find more sources, and so on. The presenters will help students understand this process and improve their brainstorming and research skills.

Open to all UAB faculty, staff, and students.

For more information, please contact Delores Carlito at dcarlito@uab.edu or (205) 934 - 6364.
